Make room for them so that they can put across their questions and clarify their doubts. Make the Payment Quickly

If you are getting a certain amount from your client as the project fee, pay your team members quickly. Do not make them wait for payments. This will keep them happy and you will be able to work with them in the future with ease.

Freelancing is like a small business. When you collaborate with freelancers like you, it means that you are bringing some more people on board so keeping accounts is of huge importance here.

Take Feedback
